The two-time Compasso d’Oro Milanese designer will be at the helm of the Marche brand, the result of the research and creativity of the Finproject Industries, which has revolutionized the footwear sector and stimulated innovation, technology and creativity in various other sectors, from design to ‘automotive. The main challenge will be to explode the personality of an ideal ingredient brand to create extremely versatile, light and surprising products, whether they are for daily use or not. Milanese, born in ’72, Matteo Ragni graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan and since 1994 he designs and deals with design in the most diverse areas of industry and craftsmanship, with an interest that focuses more and more on the design aimed to combine function and typological innovation. Over the years it has received some prestigious awards such as the Compasso d’oro ADI (2001, 2014), the Wallpaper Design Award (2008), the Prize for Innovation Awards of the Presidency of the Italian Republic (2012) and the Good Design Award ( 2015). Finally, he also works as a teacher in various Italian and international universities, as an art director and architect.
